Returns and Refunds

At What's Your Set, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and complete the return form.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as intimate apparel, sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for return eligibility before making your purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as new orders.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Support@whatsyourset.com with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
